Since returning to Oregon in 2000, Greg Byrne has provided consulting services focused on mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, and financial planning & analysis.

With over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive and consultant, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies, Greg has a proven talent for mergers & acquisitions, including evaluation of a business and strategic options, negotiating & structuring transactions, and financing. In 2007, Greg earned the International Business Broker Association Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation.
Bruce Juhola

A former Silicon Valley CEO, Bruce brings over 40 years of management experience in technology companies to Rimrock Partners with turnaround experience at Microbar, significant international experience at Raychem including 3 years as Regional VP headquartered in Singapore, and significant M&A experience at both Microbar and Raychem. 

Bruce has demonstrated his ability to raise money from major financial entities such as venture capital firms and investment banks.

Bruce is also the local chairman of Vistage International - a worldwide CEO membership organization.
